- Weekday Sessions: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., both in-person and via Zoom.
- Evening Mediations: Four-hour sessions available Monday through Thursday starting at 6:00 p.m. for those needing after-hours accommodations.

Mediation sessions are confidential, meaning nothing discussed can be used in court unless all parties consent or the law requires disclosure. Written Agreement
When a resolution is reached, attorneys typically draft a final written settlement. If not all parties are represented, Dan can help document a summary of the agreement terms so it can be formalized later.
